Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags.
- Items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.
For Pickup Returns:
- Ensure the product is packed securely.
- Keep the packet unsealed for pickup inspection.
- We will perform a quality check upon receiving it.
For Self-Shipping:
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, ship the product to our Returns Desk (address provided on the website).
- Include your Order Number and Return ID inside the package.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive it.
- Track return status via My Orders.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Go to My Orders on our website.
- Click Return on the selected item and follow the steps.
- A Return ID will be generated — keep it for future reference.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within the return window (as mentioned on the product page).
- Visit My Orders to raise an exchange request.
- If eligible, you’ll receive an Exchange ID.
Process:
- Pack the unused product with tags intact.
- Hand it over during the delivery of the new item.
- Replacement will be delivered to the same address.
- Track the status in My Orders.
Refunds
Eligible Refunds:
- Full refund issued for:
- Canceled orders
- Lost shipments
- Undelivered items
Conditions:
- Convenience fees are non-refundable for returned items.
- Self-shipped returns may qualify for reimbursement of shipping charges.
- No refund will be given if return activity violates our Fair Usage Policy.
- Order value is calculated after discounts, taxes, and fees.
Important Notes
- Returns/Exchanges are not accepted if the warranty card (if applicable) is missing.
- Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
- Products failing the quality check will be returned to the customer without a refund.
